Frequently asked questions

Is it secure?

Your applications run on your own servers; Enver keeps only their configuration. Secret values are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), no response ever returns them and every reveal is audited. The edge server agent only connects outwards, and its installer is published with checksums. Found a vulnerability? See how to report it.

What happens if Enver goes down?

Your containers keep running – they live on your edge servers, not with us. Until Enver is back you just can’t change them from the app. Paid plans come with a guaranteed monthly availability of 99.5 %, with a pro-rata refund if we fall short.

Where is my data?

The configuration you enter lives on Enver’s servers in the Czech Republic. The contents of your containers, their volumes and database backups never leave your own servers. Payments are handled by Stripe. The Privacy Policy lists everything.

How do I cancel and get my money back?

In the app, at any time: cancel the renewal and keep the plan until the paid period ends, or end the subscription at once and get the unused part refunded to your card. As a consumer you may also withdraw within 14 days.

Can I take my data with me and delete my account?

Yes. Under Account → Data and deletion you download everything as JSON and delete the account; its data is erased within 30 days. Your profile is deleted from the user settings.
